You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from purchase.

Please follow the steps:

  • Inform us, that you want to return an item.
  • Fill our returns form and place it together with your return.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags, packaging and all extras what has been included. (If not, we retain the right to charge 20 EUR fee from your refund for re-stocking).
  • Send your return back to address on the returns form.
  • Provide us with a tracking number of your return.
  • Once we have received and inspected your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way.
  • Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your refund to reach your account. (Shipping costs are not refundable).

Pando Moto operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order.

Contact your local customs authority for more information.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Pando Moto due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.
