Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 2 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 3 working days for shipments to be dispatched.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
All shipping services used by pa provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
For orders shipped outside of the EU, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our item(s), you can get a refund by returning the item(s) to our warehouse within 14 days after the delivery. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags.The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the reception of the item at the PANDO warehouse. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. We refund only price of the item (we don’t refund shipping expenses).
